Bukedea district Local Government Conducted monitoring and follow-up of government projects implemented during financial year 2025/ 2026.
The purpose of the exercise was to assess the progress, quality, functionality, and value for the money of the completed and ongoing projects, identify implementation challenges, and recommend appropriate corrective actions where necessary.

The following were the projects which were monitored:
1. Fencing of District premises phase lll
2. Renovation of works admin block
3. Supply of SDD Fridges and Solar materials to production Department
4. Construction of Council Hall at Bukedea Town Council Phase ll
5. Construction of 3-Classrooms Block at Okunguro Primary School.
6. Construction of Maternity Ward at Okunguro Health lll Phase ll
7. Renovation of 2 Staff Houses at Bukedea primary School
8. Construction of Heavy duty Incinerator at Bukedea Health Centre lV
9. Construction of 2-Classroom Block at kajamaka primary School
10. Construction of 5 Stance Pit Latrines at kocheka primary School
11. Fencing of Tajar Health Facilities
12. Construction of 2-Classroom Blocks at Kagoloto primary School
13. Renovation of 23-Classroom Blocks at Okumo Kamole and Achomai primary
14. Construction of 5 Stance Pit Latrines at Miroi Rock primary School
15. Construction of piped water extension at kongunga Nalugai RGC
16. Construction of 3-Classroom Block at Nalugai primary School
17. Fencing of Nalugai Health Facilities
18. Construction of 5 Stance Pit Latrines at Komelekes primary School
